Your journey starts at the aircraft door. We meet you at Kilimanjaro, Arusha or Zanzibar, handle the formalities, and drive you privately to a residence that is ready for you.
Met on arrival
A Barafu host meets you in the terminal at Kilimanjaro (JRO), Arusha (ARK) or Zanzibar (ZNZ), helps with visa formalities and luggage, and walks you to the car. On Zanzibar, a helicopter can fly you straight to your resort.
Driven privately
A private vehicle and driver for your stay, or rides booked on demand in town.
A residence ready
A private home or villa with the fridge stocked, SIM cards waiting and your first evening planned. After a long flight, a two-hour jet-lag ritual at the spa: body brushing, a clay wrap and a deep-tissue massage.

For arrivals, evenings out and private stays in Arusha and Zanzibar, we work with Hody, a Tanzanian network of private homes and on-demand rides.
Residences
Between safari and flights, many guests prefer a private home to a hotel: a garden house in Arusha under Mount Meru, a coffee-farm cottage near Moshi, or a villa with staff in Zanzibar. We choose it with you, and book it through Hody or directly with owners we know.
Residences suit families, long stays and anyone who wants their own kitchen and quiet.
