Barafu Tours & Safaris Company Limited uses your details only to plan and deliver your journey. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a request or a question, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, who is travelling and any message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare itineraries and prices, make bookings and look after you while you travel. We keep a record of each enquiry so the planner handling it can follow up.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your journey with the people providing it, such as lodges, camps, airlines, guides and drivers. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
Website requests reach us by email and are stored in our secure enquiry system, which only authorised Barafu staff can open. WhatsApp and email are provided by third parties under their own privacy terms.
Your choices

Analytics and cookies
We use Google Ads to understand how visitors find our website and to measure our advertising. These services set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and the device you use. They do not tell us who you are.
