How do I book?
Send a request through our planner, WhatsApp or email. We reply within 2 hours and send a first itinerary and price within 24 hours, then refine the itinerary with you. A deposit confirms the booking: 10% for Kilimanjaro climbs and private days, 30% for flying safaris and Luxe journeys. Our payment and cancellation terms explain when the balance is due.
Are your prices per person?
Yes. Our "from" prices are per person based on two people sharing. The final price depends on dates, camps, flights and group size.
Do I need a visa for Tanzania?
Most visitors need a visa, and most nationalities can apply online through the official Tanzania eVisa website before travelling. Check the rules for your passport before you book flights.
Do I need vaccinations?
A yellow fever certificate is required if you arrive from, or transit through, a country with a risk of yellow fever. Ask your doctor or a travel clinic about other vaccinations and malaria prevention.
What travel insurance do I need?
Insurance that covers medical treatment and emergency evacuation. For Kilimanjaro, it must cover trekking up to 6,000 m.
When is the best time to visit?
June to October is dry and ideal for safaris and climbing. January to March is good too, and the calving season in the southern Serengeti. The long rains fall in April and May.
Which currency should I bring?
US dollars are widely accepted for tourism services. Bring clean, undamaged notes printed in 2013 or later, as older notes are often refused. Shillings are useful for small purchases.
